All payments must be made by cheque and drawn on an Australian bank or by electronic transfer in Australian currency. Cheques should be made out to Marlou Mistral Inc. Ena Steam Yacht is a business name of Marlou Mistral Inc. All sums expressed on this site are in Australian dollars. A down payment of $1,000 is required to confirm each charter, the balance being due prior to the outing and after confirmation of guest numbers. All cancellations must be in writing, with e-mail or fax being acceptable. Cancellations will receive a cash refund (less $500 for administration costs). Cancellations received within 5 days of the Charter will incur an additional cost of $500. The captain's judgement on any action or inaction on board the vessel is considered final. The company also denies any responsibility or liability for late arrivals. S.Y. Ena cannot provide disabled access or facilities. No stiletto styled footwear or other footwear that might damage the vessel is to be worn by users of the vessel. The complete S.Y. Ena Conditions of Charter will be sent with the Booking Confirmation, a copy of which is to be signed and returned to the company. The information on this site is, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of your visit. We do, however, reserve the right to change it at our discretion. In the S.Y. Ena site, you have the opportunity to send e-mails, request information and make booking enquiries.
